  • Return or exchange of goods is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of payment and delivery of goods. The conditions under which the goods are returned are described below, as well as the procedure for returning the goods. In order for us to exchange damaged goods for free, you need to:
    1. In the branch of the carrier company in the presence of an employee of the carrier company, upon receipt of the order, they opened and checked the goods for integrity.
    2. If the goods are damaged, this sometimes unfortunately happens, it is necessary to draw up an act of damage together with the head of the department, in which existing damage will be described (form 51). This act is made in triplicate and must be signed by you and the head of the transport company branch. One copy of the act remains with you.
    Then the damaged package is sent to us. If all of the above was successful, if you have the notorious act (51), we will send your product for free again within 3 days.

2. The warranty does not apply if:

 

Returning the order, free exchange of goods, moral dissatisfaction with the purchase are not accepted by us or the transport company, if you did not open the parcel upon receipt.

According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”:

  • “Consumer rights when purchasing goods of good quality:
  • – The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of good quality for a similar one from the seller from whom he was purchased, if the goods did not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose.
    – The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller.
    – An exchange of goods of good quality is made if it has not been used and if its presentation (packaging), consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as a settlement document issued to the consumer along with the sold goods have been preserved.
    – If, at the time of the exchange, a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other goods from the existing assortment with a corresponding recalculation of cost, or to terminate the contract and receive money back in the amount of the cost of the returned goods, or exchange the goods for a similar one upon first receipt relevant product for sale. The seller must inform the consumer on the day the product is on sale that requires the exchange of goods.
    – Upon termination of the contract of sale, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and in case of impossibility to return the money on the day of termination of the contract – at another time by agreement of the parties, but no later than within seven days. “

 

Exchange and return can be made provided that the product is of good quality, has not been in operation, its presentation, consumer properties, completeness, accompanying documentation included in the package of goods have been preserved, packaging has not been broken *, seals, factory labels and sales receipt have been saved .

* – partial or complete violation of the appearance, integrity of the package, the absence of any package components or their severe damage.

The exchange and return of goods of good quality is carried out at the buyer’s expense within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, subject to the above requirements.

You can exchange or return the goods in our warehouse, after coordinating your visit with the manager.

If, within 14 days, for some reason, the buyer is unable to bring the purchased goods, the courier of the Novaya Pochta company can pick it up to process the return, the cost of this service is 45-100 UAH. (Depending on volume and area).

 

4. Exchanged / returned goods of good quality from the following list:

 

– goods in disposable packaging, if they were unpacked;

– goods that are not subject to exchange / return in accordance with the “Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights” are determined by resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 03/19/1994.
