The conditions under which the goods are returned are described below, as well as the procedure for returning the goods. The warranty does not apply if:<\/span><\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Returning the order, free exchange of goods, moral dissatisfaction with the purchase are not accepted by us or the transport company, if you did not open the parcel upon receipt.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">3.Return<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Protection of Consumer Rights&#8221;:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cConsumer rights when purchasing goods of good quality:<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of good quality for a similar one from the seller from whom he was purchased, if the goods did not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; An exchange of goods of good quality is made if it has not been used and if its presentation (packaging), consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as a settlement document issued to the consumer along with the sold goods have been preserved.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; If, at the time of the exchange, a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other goods from the existing assortment with a corresponding recalculation of cost, or to terminate the contract and receive money back in the amount of the cost of the returned goods, or exchange the goods for a similar one upon first receipt relevant product for sale. The seller must inform the consumer on the day the product is on sale that requires the exchange of goods.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; Upon termination of the contract of sale, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase.
